Site Restyling

I need to make a restyle of this site: tsrmpa.org
We like this design: ipasvi.it but it can be more simple. We need a two column layout, with a news box, admin page, and a profile page for each user who can insert his curriculum online and photo, and check his own mail (tsrmpa.org).
Header restyling also required, with a better font and images.
Possibility to insert any number of pages and subpages, in wordpress style.
Admin dashboard required, to modify pages, add news and “articles”,…
