Import Customers And Orders To New Database

Hello,
I have a prestashop on an old version and need to import it to a my new version shop. the orders i have in a .csv file. but the customers is in a mysql databse that i have exported.
Fast and quick job for the one who know how to do it.
Need to get it done fast! If you can start right away i will pick you.
