Facebook Application

Hi

I want a facebook app with theses spec:

When people come to my squeeze page, they need to share before gettint access to the freebie.

While doing this, app must allow to capture their lead( name and email) and post something to their wall for their friends (It gives a viral aspect)

I need also a report about how app has been done.
