Short (10 Minute) Blogger/html Assistance

Hello Scriptlance Community,

I am a political analyst in the United States with a Blogger (www.blogger.com) webpage utilizing an old template that I’ve used for many years.

With time I’ve made hundreds of small tweaks to the HTML code in order to achieve the desired appearance of the site, but I have recently encountered some display problems on the site, without knowingly changing any of my code
