Web Based Travel Agent Commission Tracking Program

What we have so far:
We have our own in-house Microsoft Access application that we developed and have used for years. The program tracks travel agent commissions, vendor payments and generates reports.
What we would like:
Adapt the program to the internet so travel agents can go to a secure site and access only their current and past commission reports, add new sales to their account, edit their profile, have their unique password emailed to themselves if they loose it and submit trouble tic…
