Server Boot Issue

On my server they needed to exchange the RAID hard drives because they were broken. I was able to create a backup and upload it back after the hard drives were exchanged (all through SSH), but the site is not available. I contacted the customer support so the only thing left to do is:
customer support told me when booting it says “operating system not found” and that i need to write the bootloader (grub) in the MBR of the hard drive.
The server runs linux.
