Need An Nsis Programmer To Make An Installer

I need an experienced NSIS (Nullsoft Scriptable Install System: http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Main_Page) to make an NSIS installer for installing 2 open source executables/programs ( Putty and stunnel). The NSIS source code for stunnel is available including the installer.
Putty executable is also available from the official website.
