Two Small Prototypes Using Jquery Ui

I’m looking to get 2 mini-prototypes done using jQuery’s UI (with the ability to change the look of the UI using jQuery’s themes). I’ve attached 2 mockup videos of the functionality that I hope to get recreated:
1. “Stages” – The functionality needed should be pretty straight forward by looking at the video. The only changes I’m looking for is the ability to drag-n-drop (to change the order of the boxes) anywhere inside the boxes, instead of having to find the small dotted area in the corner….
