Photo Colorize

Hello!
Today we need a talented graphic/photo artist to do a color enhancement job on 18 images. The images are (majority) black and white, older public domain pictures and will need a color element added to them. (one single color (#FA8072) to tie/ shirt/dress/shoes, etc.
