I Need 2 Headers Prepared To The Attached Instructions

I just need 2 headers prepared to work with Job Target which manages our career board.
I need the coder to speak flawless english so they can follow the instructions perfectly.
All the work is to follow the instructions, we already have the headers and footers built , you just need to place them on the pages independently so they can get cached.
