Google Adwords Scraper

I need the following script/program coded. Needs to run from a windows desktop.
Works like this:
A) Search terms are entered into a text file from which search terms are pulled.
B) Text box allows me to enter which google the query will run from.
C) Runs a query on selected google for search term 1
