Fedex Webservices Integration With Prestashop 2

I have a prestashop ecommerce website (ecart.me) I am located in Jordan, but my website sells internationally. I want to integrate FEDEX webservices with my website so I can use their carrier services Globally. I need an expert, who can make me such integration whereby he should see how to launch this service for me on my website. I need it to work in real account basis and not on sandbox basis.
