Sfpnn Website Update / Fix / Or Conversion

I need help with a large (4 gig?) website for a nonprofit daily inspirational newsletter which was created in Front Page. I would like to change themes but cannot get the new banners to load on my BlueHost server and it keeps stalling out before uploading the entire site. I believe this may be partly due to Microsoft no longer supporting Frontpage and many webhost’s servers have difficulty with its “components.” I am looking for someone who is VERY familiar with FrontPage and how to get it to …
