Integrate New Design Onto Website

We have a website running the cloneforest script – http://theme.cloneforest.com/

We have done a new design for the website and need it integrated onto our site. There are 3 pages that need to be done. The header/footer will stay the same. The design is completed and in .psd but needs to be integrated.

I have attached an image for the new homepage.

Need this done straight away. Please only bid if you can start straight away.
