Cpanel/whm Account Transfer

Hello,
I need to transfer a 350GB website with Cpanel/WHM from one host to an other cpanel/whm host. In Cpanel documentation it says that is basically just a click and its all done. But can’t get it to work.
Need System Admin to do transfer and setup of website for me.
