Social Site With 3d

Hi,
I would like to know how much it would cost me to make a social site with virtual reality chat rooms, mobile phones integration, classifieds, dating, shopping, payment gateway, forums, …the works..anything you can think of but it has to be flashy and something easy to use yet full of options and easy to translate into Arabic esp. the interface. Translation could be done by another person. I am just saying the work should be pron to translating and not difficult.
