Iphone And Android Apps – Calculator

Hi.
This project is for the development and approval by apple for an assortment of Tax calculator apps for iPhone. All apps will offer 4 language choices (English / Korean / Mandarin / Cantonese) and the user will be asked which language to use when first loading the app.
The apps must also be created for Android – so I suggest using a system that can work for both such as: http://mobiledevices.about.com/od/mobileappbasics/tp/Top-5-Tools-Multi-Platform-Mobile-App-Development.htm.
