Database Enhancements Via Admin Panel

I use my admin panel to edit various parts of my database which contain business listing info. I am looking to make changes to the admin panel so that I can better control and edit the database. Business info is on PHP MySQL on a Linux Server.
First job is to reset the lat/long and time zone setting of selected businesses in the admin to none.
So I manually choose 100 listings and you create a feature in the admin where I can set the only the lat/long and time zone to none.
