I Need a coder for a Ad Network Script like Admob
Here are Some Feauters list i want!
Register User:
* first of all a register user can use 1 account for both Advertiser and publisher.
* can edite his profile information and Home address.
* can add edite his payment address
* for each New User registration admin recieved a email notification.
