Slice And Code An Existing Psd Design To Magento Store

I need an expert coder who has experience in Magento shopping carts to slice and code an existing PSD design into a Magento site.
I am looking for a trustworthy programmer who will be responsible with my original artwork and not distribute, share or sell my designs.
This is a strictly coding and theming project, there will not be any design involved. I need the following features to be implemented into the code:
Home Page + 2 inner pages (1 product page and 1 search page)
