Design And Implement A Facebook Contest Page

You will design and implement one Facebook contest page. It will contain four pages.
Visitors will like the Facebook page, enter their name and email, and Like an image of a shoe to enter Facebook contest.
At the end, I should be able to have the name, email, and date of entry of everyone who has entered the contest in a downloadable csv file.
