I need a 22usd clone program ASAP and I believe someone already made one already.
If possible (to follow), there is a snapon module that would provide an option to accept offline payments where the signing member will bypass the liberty reserve payment and will be put on a waiting list until admin approves or activates his/her membership when membership fee is paid.
