Customize Magentogo Theme

We have already created a MagentoGo account. Note, this is magento’s hosted solution so there is no FTP access – the theme customization is all through the admin panel and you cannot modify the actual theme css but rather must override it in a custom css file. I have attached the screenshots of how we want the site to look.
