Amazon S3 Whm (cpanel) Backup Plugin/module

Hello.
We’re looking for someone to create a plugin for WHM (cPanel) sends account backups (files, databases email, settings and so on) offsite to Amazon S3 servers. cPanel currently only allows onsite and offsite through FTP backup options.
We are wanting to work with the developer going forward on the system to add new features etc.
The plugin would only be available to root and would appear on the left in the “Plugins” menu. There would be a number of configurable options in here, Select…
