I need help fixing a custom wordpress plugin.

A developer created me a plugin that allows people to RENT items from my site.

It allows the visitor to check if the item is available to rent during the time frame they want it, and if it is, it allows the visitor to click the ‘rent it’ button which takes them to the shopping cart.

What I need:

1. When someone adds an item to the cart, the shopping cart icon at the top should show the # of items in the cart

2. The checkout pages need to be styled differently (see attached images)

3. The product pages need to be styled differently (see attached images)

4. The category pages need to be styled differently (see attached images)

5. A person should not be able to enter the check out process if they have no items in the cart

6. The hompage needs to be styled differently.

I am in the finance sector and want to save time with populating forms that contain the same fields (i.e. name, address, telephone number etc…).

Typically, I(or my referral sources) fill out a client application(which I created in Microsoft Excel and converted into PDF form) by hand and then use the information contained within this client application to populate other required forms. This is time consuming and what I would like is a piece of software that I (or my referral sources) can execute and type in the required information and then print all the required forms with the all the fields correctly populated.

All I have are the forms in PDF format. So, “I guess” they would have to be all scanned with OCR and then create the software so that the appropriate data fields can be populated in all the forms. There are some pages than do not need any populated data, however, I would like to have these pages in the software because it would be easier to just input the required information into the software and then press a key and all the pages would then be printed.

The whole goal is to print all the required pages in one shot with the appropriate data fields populated. There will be some data fields that will still need to be populated, however, that can be written in by hand by the individual.

I would also like to have all the code and a list of the software used to create this executable file, so that in the future I can call on you or if you are not available to give it to another coder to make modifications.

There are 17 pages in total, with 9 pages that require no population of data (they just get printed out with the modified forms)

Please let me know what you would charge to do create this and the estimated time frame to complete. If you have a better way to do this, let me know your thoughts or recommendations. PC based application is preferred or if not that difficult have it be able to run on an apple machine also.

My Oscommerce 2.3.1 shop began having problems about a week ago (Google Chrome reported that site was hosting content from a known suspicious site). I could view an iframe when viewing the source code in my browser, but when downloading the files and looking for that iframe code – there is no iframe code there. I had my webhost do a scan for viruses and nothing was found, although he too could only see the iframe code in a browser but not on the actual files that are on my server.

Today, my AVG 2012 AV is now blocking a threat each time I click a link on my website – any product, the index, even the admin CP. The threat being blocked is “Exploit Blackhole Exploit Kit (type 2073)”. I searched Google and found some vague information about hackers adding a JavaScript and even database entries that load the iframe on the website, and spread to users who visit the site.

Is there anyone with any information on this? All the posts I can find online about this, instruct you how to clean the virus from your computer, but no one is talking about how to remove the virus from your website. I have a linux VPS if that helps.

We are building a database of twitter user information

we collect twitter username and password and it is put into a database (i will handle that part)

The Script you build will have 3 functions

1st function

The script you build will cycle through the database logging in to each user using CURL (Not API) accesses the account settings and copies the email address, Bio, and location. to the database associating it with that current logged in user.

Now our database will have username/password and email, bio and location

2nd Function

i type in a twitter username and i specify the number of users i want from my database to follow that username.

The script then cycles through that number of users, logs in…follows the username we specify… and then logs out cycling through until it finishes.

3rd Function

i type in the “tweet id” or link to a tweet, i specify the number of users i want from my database to retweet that tweet.

The script then cycles through that number of users, logs in ….retweets that tweet …and then logs out cycling through until it finishes.

Because twitter is very strict on the IP address accessing their site. This script must be able to cycle through proxies while logging in to users from the database

I have a website which is on vps with high ram and cpu however when i click on any link the left column of my website spreads to whole page or screen you can say and stays there for few seconds,sometimes 20 seconds or so.This is frustrating and would like to get it resolved.Due to this delay i had shifted on vps thinking it would load quickly but it was not a solution as recommended by my previous programmer. Either it is mysql query,tables ,cms or css or may be any other thing which delays pages opening.

I have a software that I had made for $2000. It uses PHP and C#. It was made in Visual Studio 2010.
Now I need someone to do updates to it. It is in C#. You must be very good with working with scraping data all over several sites, especially Google Adwords Tool. Data will be scraped from Sedo, Google, Amazon, Godaddy and more!
You must also know how to use PHP to do the security of the software, with databases, etc. Errors occur weekly when Google makes changes. There is a built in function that updates parameters but it need to be improved. I have bought an obfuscator to protect the software, so you must know how to use those.

This would be a membership plugin where a new member would enter their URL. The URL would go into a master database. They would have to install the plugin on their WP blog (Or their link would not be active). The plugin would then display 10 random links in the footer.php file and 5 random links on the side bar from the master database including the new members URL.

We would need a payment processor installed, with levels based on how many URL’s a member would want to put into the system. For example 1=$5/month 5=$20/month 10=$35/month or etc.

I would need different access to the database to put unlimited amounts of my sites in.

If you can also have a .php version for non-wp sites also, that would be great. Again, the part I cannot do is the detection script to make sure that they have the random link code on their site in order for their link to be active in the database.

There is only one PHP and one CSS file that needs to be altered. The image rotator needs to be installed next to the websites existing header banner and must be resized to fit and with 4px radius corners with a 3px border as shown in the attached image.
