Need Joomla Site Redesign

Ok best dispensary dot com needs a facelift, look at the attachments for what kind of look I am aiming for. Must be creative and again VERY much like the attachment in regards to looks and feel.
I need it designed and integrated on the site as well. Need this job done ASAP, must be your number 1 priority and should not take longer then by Sunday to finish.
Its version 1.5.22 and just want a very marijuana look and feel, leaved cool logo as well
