Sports Website Template – W3c Compatible And In Php

Hello, I would like a template designed which looks something like but obviously not exactly like www.sportrelief.com
I require just the index page to start with, html, PSD and CSS. Preferable a PHP header etc.
Has to be w3c compliant.
The background images cannot be copied from this site but should look something similar ie sporty.
I would like a female and male runner in the main large image.
I will change all the text when the template is received.
