I have 6 images that need to be altered.
I want the existing images to depict a flashing neon sign. The images I have right now need to be edited so that it appears like a flashing neon sign. With a glow like affect.
I want to create a neon signlook.
Google search ‘open neon signs images’ to view examples of the neon sign affect I am looking for.
All images are round and 72×72
