Ios And Android Simple Camera App

I need both an iOS app and an android app. They need to be in the market/app store and downloadable by January 1, 2012.
When the app is launched, the user will type in a city, state or zip code and a list of accountants who subscribes to the service nearest them will be displayed. (The app will pull the accountant list from a server file). Once the user selects there accountant, a screen for some of their personal details will appear.
