Fixing A Problem On 2 WordPress Sites

Hi,
I need a wordpress specialist programmer to fix a problem that was created on 2 sites after trying to use a security plug in (on one of them I tried “better WP security” and on the second “Bullet Proof Security” plug-in).
Now I cannot access the admin panel, and the sites are displaing an error Message.
