Custom WordPress Plugin

I am developing a custom WordPress Plugin and require a programmer to work with.
The plugin will format and add user entered content to the side bar. There will be a ‘plugin options’ page where users can format and enter their specific content. The plugin will then take the entered content and format it in various ways and post to the site.
Specific details will be supplied to qualified candidates.
You must speak English and be wiling to speak via Skype.
