Coding Needed For One Page Design Concept

I have a layered psd that needs to be coded and published.
Simple 1 page concept:
- a few links to our social media profiles and blog
- one button that expands the page to reveal some additional data
- app store and android buttons (disabled)
That’s it. Not very labor intensive. Look forward to your quotes.
