Sorting Chat Out For Me

Hi I need a Team to take a IRC chat script that I have already got.
It needs working and updated.
There Two side there is the IRC side in mIRC which I run from my computer and needs updating and getting to work.
Then there the Web side goes on my webhost it runs off from ActivedX needs updating or changed to Flash (No Java PLEASE!).
(must work for most browsers).
