Jpg Converted To Xhtml/css

Attached I need one page converted to valid XHTML/CSS. I prefer none CSS3 methods (images for shadow boxes). Background will be a gradient image which I will provide and as you can see the page is made up of 5 horizontal divs with separation between each box so that the background image can peek through.
The search and newsletter boxes do not require programming, I’ll take care of that portion. I do need a drop down navigation for the top navigation.
