Socialengine Customisable Plugin

I need a customised SocialEngine plugin:
It will be a single page outlining a Research project (with name, date, research methodology, group to be tested, etc, etc)
It can be an existing plugin, but a better solution would be one which we can customise. I need two things – a plugin suggestion and someone who is willing to re-code it to make the changes.
I don’t care the plugin comes from. It could be your own or one you know exists.
The plugin needs to:
