Scrape Website Data

I need someone to scrape all filenames from techguy.org
The filenames I need scraped are;
.sys
.dll
.inf
.exe
For example, on this page – http://forums.techguy.org/windows-7/1026519-wdfldr-sys-0x7e-bsod-please.html
I’d expect the following to be scraped;
WDFLDR.SYS
HWPOLICY.SYS
I’ve no precise idea exactly how many results, but there should be hundreds of thousands.
Results can be in text file, csv etc.
