What I need is relatively simple. I need someone very very skilled in PHP to add a form to my Yahoo Boss API code. A simple code is already written, but I have no idea how to add a form to actually capture the input. I need someone who can tweak this sample code and add the php elements needed for the search to be functional.

I.E

- Read the query parameter from the form in your HTML

- Take the output and write it out in a HTML page.

Once the person has the complete code for me, I will request the code for me to test with my secret keys. (We can do escrow for safety)

Once the testing is complete and I see the code is fully functional we can agree to release the funds.

Convert CSV to another CSV Script

I get daily downloads in CSV formats and the file I get has 53 columns and 500 rows in it. I need to make changes to the file and upload it to our server. I would like someone to write me a script that can create a new CSV file for me. The new CSV file will have new headings and data from original file will be used to populate the rows/columns.

I have a live website that has payment gateway problems.
It uses MYSQL / PHP tied into a Flash Music Player.

There are 2 major problems that need to be resolved asap (next 1-24hrs) and 1 minor problem that needs to be resolved in the next 48 hrs or so.

Problems:
1. Multiple purchases from the flash player are not working correctly. I.e if 2 songs are purchased the automatic download link that is generate does not work. If 1 is purchased it works.

2. The payments page for Platinum members should be directed to the Platinum members PayPal email address and not the Website’s PayPal email address.

3. The orders do not show up in the users account page.
and I think when I click the view orders button in the admin panel it deletes all orders. Don’t click this link unless a backup of the orders table has been made and can be easily restored.

Whoever can complete this efficiently and professionally will receive ongoing work from me and I have additional minor changes that I would like carried out, but at the moment I need these fixed ASAP as my original provider is providing poor service.

1. Please see the attached image “grey-color-theme-edits.png” and see the changes I listed there in red. I need the HTML/CSS edited to achieve this.

2. We have implemented 3 forms – We have these working and automatically adding the data to our CRM. However, the forms are UGLY! So we would like you to make them like the included image “form-mock-up-2.png”.

3. These forms do not validate right now but we would like them to. We do not want to allow submission unless the First Name, Last Name, Email and Phone Field is filled out. So I have included instructions from our CRM as well as example code from them on how to do this – it’s in the Folder called “CapsuleFormProject”.
