We need some how-to videos made to explain how our ticketing service works. We need videos made for every little part of the site from posting events, managing guestlist, setting up scanners, viewing stats, how print-at-home works, etc.

The process for making the videos is as follows:

1) We have a skype meeting to go through each part that needs a video. You need to learn how to use the system yourself and take notes.

2) You will, *IN YOUR OWN WORDS* narrate a how-to video on how to do that particular task.

3) The video needs to have our intro clip at the beginning then go right into the how-to video. The video itself should have your voice while the video is a screen capture of what you are doing. We are looking for a modification to a highly customized Coppermine gallery version 1.4.26 with the Stramm Mod Pack.

The modification would need to limit the number of images that a user can upload in a 24 hour period based on their user group. For example a basic registered user would be allowed 3 uploads a day, an admin 10 uploads a day, etc.

This should be a settable value on the groups administration page, and there should also be an editable warning (one we can change when needed) that warns the user that they have reached their maximum uploads for the day.
