Need help picking the right server and right setup for my web service.

I would like to create a website where the a user can take the experience of a general day, it is abit like a social community, but the difference is that when the user login they will see a big calender and and the day, and you can write what you did on that day. The user can also rate the day 1-5 depending on how good it was for them and they can compare this to other friends.
Also another feature in this is a drag/drop feature, where if the user has spent a day with his/her friend then they are able to drag the friend from the friends list and drop them into the day in the calender. This is then notified on the friends page etc.. Similar to facebook tagging but a bit more sophisticated.
And another feature is that at the end of each week/month/year the user can see their best day and see their busiest day etc.
Also along side this, on the user homepage i would like there to be a section where it shows status updates from other friend’s days with their day rating.

on addition to the description, if you look at the image on the website, i will require there to be a feature where the user can hover his mouse over the days and a window appears that will allow you to add data into the window such as rating the day and dragging-dropping your friends into the window. If you can start building the website, please let me know, also let me kmow the programming languages you will be using to create the website.

I will only be paying in full once the website is seen fully working and I am satisfied.

Some of the items I like to see if can be done (one at a time);

1. Tweak where search results can be further filtered. Example… I have a wordpress search box for business sales users can search by city, zip, or keyword however all the businesses show up and I would want the user to be able to select the business type such as automotive, cleaning, home, etc.

2. Find a way to allow users of my website to filter their search to proximity to where they live more than just searching only by city, zip, keyword.

I need a custom script designed for a real estate portal. Would like the website to be build on the WordPress platform. If a custom script isn’t doable, I’m also open to doing a theme modification. As long as the website functions EXACTLY as I need it.

The elements needed are as follows…

1. Homepage with 40 to 50 cities that a user can click on to look at listings in that area.

2. Once a user clicks on a city, it will go to a real estate company’s dedicated webpage. The software has to have the ability for me or the realtor to go in and design his/her own page however they’d like – colors, banners, etc. Additionally, it must also let the realtor upload photos of their listings with related information. Again, all of this needs to be SIMPLE. Point & click.

3. A function allowing the user to save his/her choice of listings in a designated area. If they click a ‘like’ button (or something similar), the software will put these top choices somewhere the viewer can look at later in time.

4. A form or widget giving the user the option of sending their personal information (name, phone#, etc.) to the realtor for future updates on homes for sale.

5. There might be a few other pages or sub-pages, however, the above is the most critical & complex. The rest of the pages will be fairly simple.

I need a mod for XenForo which will allow one section of our XenForo forum (the classified ad sub-forum) to work on a pay-per-bump basis (instead of bumping the thread with the latest response to the top of the threads as it does by default).

The XenForo mod that I need will OVERRIDE that default setting and instead have advertisers pay (via PayPal) for a bump back to the top which should be done automatically when a new payment is made.

We would also like the option to:

(1) Change the per-bump price
(2) Allow free bumps at our discretion for certain threads (which we can choose).

We have two dynamic PDF forms that we built using Adobe Livecycle Designer ES2. Unfortunately, the dynamic aspects of Livecycle forms mean they are only accessible via Adobe Reader X and not other PDF readers such as MacOS X Preview.

We would therefore like an HTML-CSS-Javascript version of these forms that reflects their PDF appearance and behavior as closely as possible (except for page breaks). We do not need any programming of the back end form processing. We already have a generic service.

We need the HTML versions of the forms designed and coded. We also need the the dynamic portions, such as populating listboxes and hiding/showing sections based on previously entered values, implemented with client-side Javascript.

The PDF forms to work from are attached to this description. Note that you do not need Adobe Livecycle Designer to view them. Adobe Reader X should work fine. We can also provide our logo file and a data dictionary of user selections.
