Need Design Tweaks On WordPress Blog

I need the following updates made on this blog:

1. Black gradient header and footer bars need to be made orange to match logo ( still want the gradiant it should just be orange and white instead of black and white)
2. Need updated/nicer looking title graphic (where it says news source for gadget geeks)
3. Need navigation bar to be green to match green in the logo
4. Need a button added to top nav area next to the search bar that says “Join our alpha” like the orange “sign up for bizeebee” button shown here: http://bizeebee.com/blog/
