Pennyauctionsoft Script Optimization

My site is running the pennyauctionsoft script, so I have heard that you have worked with this script before.
The same problems that other users have faced need to be fixed like timer lags, and the ability to handle a large load of users. Also check for any security loopholes left by the pennyauctionsoft guys.
