Graphics Or Web Designer Wanted

Hello all,
I am looking for an individual with excellent Designing skills. You must be fluent in graphics designing and must be dependable. You task will include complete website design(Just PSD but if you can code that’s the plus), logo, flyers, brochures, banners etc. You will get paid on project to project basis.
Please no companies. We are looking for individuals.
At lease understandable English is the MUST.
