Quick Mockup Design Of A Deal

I need a quick re-design of a mockup I’ve created. View the attached file to see an example of what it should look like.
I’m not a designer so my use of colors are tacky. But the idea is that the mockup looks like a coupon. I will code it into html and css, I just need a jpg or psd.
