Mangeto Invoices And Quotes

Hello,
I would need to have someone design and code invoices and quotes four our new Magento website. Deadline for the next 5 days.
We need someone experienced with Zend_PDf.
ALSO, we need to add 2 custom fields in the standard registration form (this should also make them appear on the checkout page, the invoices and the quotes).
