Simple Website In Php Custom Cms 2

Need a simple website with 5-7 pages. One page will have a portfolio and one contact form. Want it to be custom php & mysql cms.
HTML Files for the home page will be provided.
Anyone interested send your admin panel demo with the login. No suggestions for me to use wordpress or like that. Only custom CMS preferred.
*Experienced people with good css and php skills only need to apply.
