Facebook Automation Software (clone)

We require a FaceBook software program that can run certain tasks on automation. A similar software program exists which you can use as a basis to clone and work from. If possible we would like the desktop app as a web based app instead.
I urge you to read the full project description via the attached file. I will know if you did not read the entire word document and if I find out you did not, your bid will be removed instantly.
Also do not send me your list of previous work or any automated bid messages. If I want to see your work I will ask for it.
