Merge Two Joomla Databases & New Joomla Install

I am looking for someone who is very good and efficient in Joomla, particluarly Joomla databases. I have two databases in Joomla. One is a larger database that is from an old version of Joomla. The 2nd database is the one currently being used that is being used in Joomla 1.5 (latest stable version).
