Kuena Forum Modification

Need to make modification latest Kuena forum for Joomla . What I need to be done is that when member start new topic so he will be able subscribe group of members to his topic . So when someone reply to this topic everyone will be notified via email/personal message . I know there is an option that each member can subscribe by himself to the topics they like so the option is exist in Kuena forum . I just need if I start topic I will force Group 1 or Group 2 or both Groups of members subscribe to this topic .
