Hi, I am in need of a programmer who can edit the homepage of my website Bulk.fm efficiently, quickly, and most importantly do it all the right way! The website is written in Perl, but I do know that there are ways around this. Currently, there are a few minor issues that need to be addressed and they are as follows:

-A log in bar needs to be placed in the top right hand corner, where users can sign in and out and also be able to access a Forgot your Password? Like beneath the bar for entering password information

-When using Internet Explorer, the tabs Upload File, Flash Upload, and Remote Upload are white when selected instead of green. This feature defiantly works on the Firefox browser, but defiantly not Internet Explorer

-The TOS button, should be changed to Terms of Service and the link does not lead to our pages Terms of Service, which must be fixed
-On the bottom of the homepage there is a Site Map which under it has a link named Premium Services, but the link is repeated under Help and Support and this needs to be changed to Member Privileges, the contents of said page will be added on a future date

-When shrinking the window on any browser or mobile device the entire design of the page does not load.

Ok guys this is pretty much a re-post of a previous job. I made the mistake of having an extremely high maximum bid limit which resulted in ridiculously high bids. So here it goes again. This is a photoshop project.

I need 15 professionally made business card templates for a DJ business. These business card templates should be extremely easy to make. I have provided 15 header graphics that you can use for the business cards. With these headers it could be as simple as cropping them to the size of a business card and creating a layer of text with contact information which I can change at a later time.

In the layer of text I want the following: BUSINESS NAME, YOUR NAME, YOUR TITLE, yourwebsite.com, your e-mail, (555) 555-5555. Whoever opens these .psd files at a later date should be able to edit these layers and type in his/her contact information. Be creative with the font and make sure it matches the graphic design. I don’t care where on the template you place the text, I only ask you that it is readable and that it makes sense.

This is a simple project so please do not bid more than $20. If you do a good job I have several more business card templates that I will need to be created in the near future. Feel free to be creative with these templates. You may add additional graphics such as turntables, lights, graphics of DJs, etc but certainly are not obligated to.

3. Use another submissions-plugin for Joomla. But then I want all the features I use today with a “thank you for your submission”-screen with all the fact that is just input and a “thank your for your submission”-mail to the one making the submission and to the admin. All this works now in RSForm! Pro

I’m trying to do a website layout that is very simple except for one part: there is a large image that needs to resize to the width of the browser. I got the resize working but I have two divs I need to place on top of it so that they do NOT resize and stay in position relative to the size of the large resizable image. The 2nd div needs to be clickable as it will be a link.

Additionally, I need to put a footer div under this resizable image that will always be directly under it.
