We have a Business Directory Script running on latest version of Apache and MySql. The script was working perfectly fine until we upgraded the server to the latest versions of Apache and MySql. The script all works except one part and we need help getting that to work.

I need to have a custom database made for placing orders for my business. The employees will place orders using the program and I want to be able to see all orders and statuses. This database needs to be stored online so that we can access it from anywhere. We have hosting from GoDaddy.

The different things we need are:

-A form to enter the data for a new order
-Ability to search through database to find orders and edit them
-The form needs to be custom so that different options appear when a specific billing method is selected

It’s a simple web site where users can use a secure log in and create, edit and store documents online (change font, colour, background, layout and add pictures/images on theses docs). I don’t expect the site to be any more than 20 to 30 content pages. But will be able to function with any number of users who can store data. As the administrator I would also like the ability to upload template documents that the user can utilise. They will only be small docs with one or two images and up to 100 characters of text.

I will also need different levels of access to enable users to either edit and build docs or just view docs.

The site would then also be a database type of site where the user would hold similar data that had been generated by other users similar info what would be held in an outlook contact list, also with images.

We are looking for a database of Pest-Control companies located in the U.S. All emails must be working and not out of date. Please let us know what you can do for us.

I have a b2b trade protal. I have made arrangements with a business verification company to provide a report on members that want to show that they are actual companies and that their information is correct.

What I need is a form to send via email the required information to the verification company. The form will be filled out by registered members on my site. Before they can apply they must be logged in, pay through paypal and or maybe something like moneybookers. The data collected should have the user ID of the sender attached.

Once the report is finished the verification company will ftp the report to a directory on my server and named with the id number. They currently create the reports in pdf format. They said html may be possible if needed. I want the reports to be displayed in my template and to be printable.

Once the member has been verifed I want a small icon to appear on each of their trade lead postings, company profiles etc that indicates that they are verifed.

If the icon is clicked by an interested member they will be able to see the report if the are not a member they will be redirected to a signup page.

I am not sure but I may want these verification to expire annually but that is not critical at this point.
